Digital Downloads & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital assets, all sales of 3D models, addons, footage, and plugins are generally final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned."

When Refunds Are Allowed

We want you to have a great experience. We will issue a refund within 14 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

• Corrupt or Broken File: The downloaded file is fundamentally broken and cannot be opened, and the creator is unable to provide a working version.
• Misrepresentation: The product is entirely different from its description or preview images (e.g., you bought a rigged character, but the file contains an unrigged, static mesh).
• Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally bought the exact same asset twice.

When Refunds Are NOT Allowed

• You changed your mind after downloading the file.
• You bought an asset for a software you do not own or do not know how to use.
• You lack the hardware requirements to run a specific addon or render a complex scene.
• You did not read the product description properly before purchasing.

Technical Issues Handling

If you experience a technical issue with an asset, please contact the creator first through the product page or your dashboard. Most creators are quick to provide updates or fixes.

Dispute Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the rules above, and you cannot resolve the issue with the creator:

• Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase.
• Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue (include screenshots if necessary).
• We will review the dispute fairly and mediate between you and the creator to reach a resolution.
