Please read these terms carefully before using DuingZ Forge. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Platform Rules
By accessing or using DuingZ Forge, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. DuingZ Forge is a platform for creators to sell digital assets, offer professional services, and engage with a community of creative professionals.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use DuingZ Forge for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious software, to impersonate others, or to violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use DuingZ Forge. Users under 18 must have parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
Creator Responsibility
Creators who sell products or services on DuingZ Forge warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to all content they upload and sell. By publishing content on our platform, you grant DuingZ Forge a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, pricing, and licensing information. Creators must respond to customer inquiries and support requests in a timely manner.
Digital Product Policy
All digital products sold on DuingZ Forge must be original works or works for which the seller has appropriate redistribution rights. Products must not contain malware, offensive content, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property.
DuingZ Forge reserves the right to remove any product that violates these policies without prior notice. Repeat offenders may have their seller accounts permanently suspended. All products are subject to review before appearing publicly in the marketplace.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of products sold on DuingZ Forge, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases where: the product does not match its description, the files are corrupted or inaccessible, or there is evidence of fraudulent activity.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Service cancellations and refunds are handled separately based on the service agreement between the client and provider.
Service Policy
Service providers on DuingZ Forge are independent professionals, not employees of DuingZ Forge. DuingZ Forge acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of services between users.
Service requests must clearly define scope, deadlines, and deliverables before work begins. Disputes between buyers and service providers should first be resolved directly. DuingZ Forge may assist in mediation upon request but makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of disputes.
Community Rules
DuingZ Forge maintains a professional and inclusive community. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated. Users who violate community standards may have their posting privileges restricted or accounts suspended.
Community content must be relevant to creative work, VFX, motion design, or related fields. Self-promotion is allowed but must not constitute spam. All community interactions must comply with our content guidelines.
Account Termination
DuingZ Forge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period. We will generally provide notice before termination except in cases of severe violations.
Upon account termination, you lose access to the platform. Purchased products associated with a terminated buyer account may still be accessible. Creators whose accounts are terminated forfeit any pending payouts if termination is due to policy violations.
